The Life of a Rose

Love, love, love roses! These photos were taken in my garden of the David Austin rose, "Perdita." The border is "embroidered" with silk ribbon and mini pearls. The poem is my own.
The Life of a Rose
Bud: I hint at the promise of things to come. Heavenly drops cascade showering me in wondrous expectation.
Unfurl: With a little shyness I slowly unveil my mysteries petal by petal. Please don't break my delicate heart.
Bloom: I am fully open. Come near and breathe deeply. My life is fleeting. I give it all to you.

This is such a lovely design. I don't think I'd hide it in a book. I'd frame it and hang it on the wall!
This is a beautiful layout. I agree with Kimberly....it needs to be seen....I would definately frame it.
